Prof. (Dr.) L.S. Nigam is the Vice-Chancellor of Shri Shankaracharya Professional University, Chhattisgarh. Previously, Prof. Nigam worked as a distinguished Professor of History, Culture and Archaeology at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. He has been instrumental in defining Indian foreign policy through the lens of history, culture, and civilization. In addition, he has been director of the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. His expertise includes Indian Diaspora, Culture, and Civilization.
